The founders of MMS (Modern Medical Solutions) bring over 20 years of cumulative experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, and distribution, having worked with leading multinational companies such as Sanofi, Hikma, and Julphar. Their deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, combined with a passion for improving healthcare access, laid the foundation for MMS.
In April 2023, amidst the challenges of the war in Sudan, Mahir Mohammed, the CEO and founder of MMS, recognized an urgent need to address the growing healthcare crisis. With local pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities destroyed and the country relying entirely on imports, Mahir saw an opportunity to make a difference. He envisioned a company that could bridge the gap between global pharmaceutical advancements and the needs of the Sudanese market.
Driven by a commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction, Mahir and his team established MMS in 2025. Today, MMS is a trusted name in the Sudanese pharmaceutical industry, dedicated to providing life-saving medications, cutting-edge medical devices, and wellness products to improve the health and well-being of millions.
